Jim takes his leave
Youth team graduate Jim Provett had made a superb start to his senior career, winning the player of the year award in his debut season. He subsequently found things tougher, with Dimi Konstantopoulos keeping him out of the side for over two years. In July 2007, with Dimi gone but two new keepers signed, Provett left the club and signed for Bury.
